How we choose the carrier

We work with all major carriers and select the option that suits your delivery address best. In most cases this means the fastest route at a reasonable price.

How the shipping cost is calculated

Two factors decide the final amount:

1. The delivery address — rates differ from country to country.
2. The total weight of the order — see the weight brackets below.

Weight brackets

Shipping is charged for every started 30 kg. In practice this means:

• A parcel of 1 kg and a parcel of 29 kg cost the same.
• At 31 kg the price doubles and stays at that level up to 59 kg.
• Each further 30 kg adds another unit of the same rate.

Check the exact cost before you order

You do not have to guess or ask us. The cart calculates it for you:

1. Add the products you are interested in to the cart.
2. Enter your delivery address.
3. Click save.
4. The exact shipping cost for your order appears on screen.

Dispatch time

Parcels are generally dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of the payment being credited to our account. Larger wholesale orders may take longer — in that case we contact you to agree a date.

Whichever carrier we use, you will receive a link to track your parcel online.

What the shipping fee covers

The fee includes handling and packing as well as the transport itself. The handling part is fixed; the transport part depends on the total weight of the shipment.

One order, one shipment

It pays to put everything in a single order. Shipping is charged per order, so two smaller orders will always cost more than one larger one.

Packaging

Boxes are generously sized and every item is well protected. Fragile goods receive particular care.

If a parcel reaches you damaged, contact us as soon as possible and, if you can, take photographs of the packaging and the contents. This makes the claim with the carrier much easier. Detailed rules are set out in the shop terms and conditions.
