What you see when you fire Macrocosmos III The first phase is silver comets trailing tails that bloom into red crackling peonies — you hear the characteristic crack in the air, not just see the color. Next the silver comets shift to white crackling peonies, so the change is noticeable even to someone who doesn’t pay attention to nuances. The finale combines silver comets with green peonies and chrysanthemums — green against the night sky always looks intense, and the chrysanthemums give a longer hang time to the effect in the air. 15 seconds is a short duration, so Macrocosmos III works best in two scenarios. First — you fire several small batteries one after another, building a show from elements. Second — you use it as a quick accent at a party, wedding, or birthday when you’re not planning an elaborate spectacle.
