Delivery abroad

There are few types op delivery we are offering and each times we are choosing the option which is best for you. We are using most of popular carriers companies but please do not forget to inform us if you do not prefere some of the companies. For example if you don't want us to use DPD - write that in order notes. Delivery cost is different and based on two factors: delivery adress and weight of the total order. If you would like to know exact delivery cost, the easiest option is to add to cart products that you like, fill in delivery adress, click "save" and then you will see exact delivery cost that will apply to your order. Delivery cost is calculated for each 30kg. Which means that the same cost will be for 1kg and 29kg package. 31kg will double the price and will stay the same for the 59kg. Etc.

Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the best carrier option we will choose for your adress. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
