Important information about delivering orders between 16-31.12.2024

New Year's Eve is the busiest time of the year for our fireworks store. To ensure you enjoy a spectacular celebration on this magical night, we have prepared some important information about abroad order processing:

Guaranteed Delivery by New Year's Eve

All orders placed by December 16th are guaranteed to be dispatched until December 20th. Don’t leave your fireworks purchase until the last minute – place your orders now!

Orders Placed After December 16th

Orders placed after December 16th will still be processed but in the order they are received. We cannot guarantee delivery before New Year's Eve, and such orders will not be prioritized over others already placed.

For international orders, please remember:

• Delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days and are beyond our control.

• There is no way to expedite international shipping.

Order Processing Delays

Due to the high demand for our products, we have implemented a few changes to our shipping process:

• Large orders: dispatched with a maximum delay of 3 days.
• Small orders: processed promptly.
• Courier capacity: at times, not all parcels can be picked up by couriers in a single day due to limited vehicle space. We appreciate your patience.

What to Do If Your Package Is Delayed

If your order status is “shipped”, but the package has not arrived within 5 business days (Monday-Friday):

1. Contact us by sending an email to sklep@fajerwerkilider.pl.
2. Include your order number in the email.

We will do everything we can to assist you!

Why Don’t We Answer Calls?

With the overwhelming number of orders, every minute is precious. To ship packages as quickly as possible, we are fully focused on processing orders. During this period:

• We are unable to answer most phone calls due to the sheer volume (hundreds daily).
• Have questions? Email us.
• Don’t ask about shipping status – all information can be found in your account, our emails.

Online Store Closure Period

• December 25th: final day for placing orders.
• December 26th – December 31st: the online store will be closed.
• January 1st, 2025: we’re back in business!

Note! If the number of orders exceeds our logistical capabilities, we reserve the right to close the store earlier. Don’t wait until the last minute to shop!
